健脾逐痰法治疗阿尔茨海默病MCI期患者临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察健脾逐痰法中药复方治疗阿尔茨海默病MCI期患者的临床疗效。方法:将60例阿尔茨海默病MCI期患者随机分观察组和对照组各30例,对照组给予口服多奈哌齐1次/d,每次5 mg,观察组在对照组基础上给予洗心汤治疗。治疗前及治疗4周后分别观察两组患者MMSE量表评分、AVLT-H长延迟回忆评分,并于治疗后评价临床疗效。结果:治疗组临床疗效总有效率为93.33%,优于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)。两组治疗4周后MMSE评分、AVLT-H长延迟回忆评分均较本组治疗前升高(P<0.05)。治疗4周后治疗组MMSE评分、AVLT-H长延迟回忆评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:健脾逐痰法中药复方治疗阿尔茨海默病MCI期患者具有肯定疗效,可提高记忆力、改善认知功能。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Jianpi Zhutan traditional Chinese medicine compound on Alzheimer’s disease patients with MCI stage.Methods:Sixty patients with MCI stage of Alzheimer’s disease were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each with 30 cases.The control group was given oral donepezil 1 time/d,5 mg each time,and the observation group was given Xixin Decoction on the basis of the control group..Before treatment and after 4 weeks of treatment,the MMSE scale score and AVLT-H long-latency recall score of the two groups of patients were observed,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of clinical efficacy in the treatment group was 93.33%,which was better than 70.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment in both groups,the MMSE score and AVLT-H long-latency recall score were higher than before treatment in this group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the MMSE score and AVLT-H long-latency recall score of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine compound of strengthening the spleen and removing phlegm has a definite therapeutic effect on Alzheimer’s disease patients with MCI stage,which can improve memory and improve cognitive function.
