摘　　要：目的:观察新伤湿敷液外敷治疗跟骨骨折术前肿胀疼痛的效果。方法:纳入2018年1月—2019年7月在常德市第一中医医院手足外科住院的新鲜闭合性跟骨骨折患者60例,随机分为中药组30例和对照组30例。2组均予以制动并常规抬高患肢,伤后24h内局部受伤位置两侧冰敷,均用甘露醇注射液静脉滴注,中药组在对照组基础上予以新伤湿敷液外敷。结果:中药组患者踝-跟-踝差值、VAS评分在治疗后3天及治疗后7天均显著小于对照组,术前等待时间明显短于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新伤湿敷液外敷治疗跟骨骨折术前肿胀疼痛具有良好的效果,能够缩短术前消肿时间,值得临床推广。Objective:To observe the effect of external application of Xinshang wet compress on the swelling and pain of calcaneus fractures before operation.Methods:Sixty patients with fresh closed calcaneal fractures hospitalized in the Hand and Foot Surgery of the First Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Changde from January 2018 to July 2019 were randomly divided into 30 cases in the traditional Chinese medicine group and 30 cases in the control group.Both groups were braked and the affected limbs were routinely raised.Ice was applied on both sides of the local injury within 24 hours after injury.Both were intravenously infused with mannitol injection.The traditional Chinese medicine group was given a new wound wet compress on the basis of the control group.Results:The ankle-heel-ankle difference and VAS score of patients in the traditional Chinese medicine group were significantly less than those of the control group after 3 days and 7 days after treatment,and the waiting time before surgery was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The external application of Xinshuang wet compress for the treatment of swelling and pain before calcaneal fracture has a good effect,which can shorten the time of preoperative swelling and is worthy of clinical promotion.
