刺络放血疗法对梨状肌损伤综合征患者疼痛程度的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察刺络放血疗法对梨状肌损伤综合征患者疼痛程度的影响。方法:选取2017年5月—2018年10月于该院就诊的104例梨状肌损伤综合征患者作为观察对象,随机分为对照组(52例)与研究组(52例)。对照组患者给予常规针刺治疗,研究组患者使用刺络放血疗法+针刺治疗。观察治疗前、治疗2周后2组患者疼痛程度[视觉模拟评分(VAS)]的变化、中医证候积分及髋关节功能(Harris髋关节功能)评分情况,记录2组患者临床疗效。结果:治疗2周后,两组患者VAS评分及中医症候积分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P均<0.05);2组患者李氏髋关节功能评分均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组(P均<0.05)。研究组患者临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:刺络放血疗法能有效减轻梨状肌损伤综合征患者的疼痛程度,提高临床疗效。Objective:To observe the effect of pricking bloodletting therapy on the pain level of patients with piriformis injury syndrome.Methods:From May 2017 to October 2018,104 patients with piriformis injury syndrome who were treated in this hospital were selected as observation objects,and randomly divided into a control group(52 cases)and a research group(52 cases).The patients in the control group were given conventional acupuncture treatment,and the patients in the study group were treated with acupuncture and bloodletting therapy+acupuncture treatment.Observe the changes in the pain[visual analog score(VAS)],TCM syndrome scores and hip joint function(Harris hip joint function)scores of the two groups of patients before and after 2 weeks of treatment,and record the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients.Results:After 2 weeks of treatment,the VAS scores and TCM symptom scores of the two groups of patients were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the Lee’s hip function scores of both groups of patients were higher than before treatment,And the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pricking bloodletting therapy can effectively reduce the pain of patients with piriformis injury syndrome and improve clinical efficacy.
