基于汤剂的微波真空干燥制粉技术出粉情况研究

摘　　要：目的:分别以单味中药、中药复方的水煎液进行微波真空干燥制粉试验,观察中药水煎液的出粉情况。方法:将所选单味中药黄芩、川芎、甘草及中药复方小青龙汤加减、桃红四物汤加减利用中药煎药机进行煎煮,得到水煎液后,按照标准剂量组与高剂量组在体积一定的条件下,比较不同组的单位体积出粉量与单位药量的出粉比率。结果:不同单味中药的出粉结果不同。不同单味中药在原始用药量相同的情况,无论是单位体积的出粉量还是单位药量的出粉比率,均存在差异。两中药复方的出粉情况差异大;同一份复方不同剂量下单位体积出粉情况与单位药量的出粉比率差异较小。结论:对可控因素(如称量误差、转移量误差等)进行控制的条件下,除药材本身所含成分(如:糖类、易挥发成分)对制粉结果影响较大外,该微波真空干燥制粉技术基于中药水煎液具有良好的出粉结果。微波真空干燥制粉技术为丰富中药剂型进行了有益的研究。Objective:The microwave dehydration powder test was carried out on the decoction of single-flavored Chinese medicine and Chinese herbal medicine respectively,and the powder extraction of the decoction of Chinese medicine was observed.Method:Add the selected single-flavor Chinese medicine Scutellaria baicalensis,Chuanxiong,licorice and Chinese herbal compound Xiaoqinglong decoction,Taohong Siwu decoction to the decoction using the traditional Chinese medicine decoction machine.Under certain conditions,compare the ratio of powder output per unit volume and unit drug output of different groups.Result:The powdering results of different single herbs are different.In the case of the same original dosage of different single-flavored traditional Chinese medicines,there is a difference in the powder output per unit volume or the powder output ratio per unit drug.There is a big difference in the powder output of the two traditional Chinese medicine formulas;the difference in the powder output per unit volume and the powder output ratio per unit of the same compound at different doses is small.Conclusion:Under the condition that the controllable factors(such as weighing error,transfer amount error,etc.)are controlled,in addition to the ingredients(such as sugars,volatile components)contained in the medicinal materials themselves have a great influence on the result of the milling,the microwave Vacuum drying powder milling technology is based on Chinese herbal medicine decoction and has good powder extraction results.Microwave vacuum drying powder technology has conducted beneficial research for enriching Chinese medicine types.
