军队院校任职教育与科研创新融合发展的探讨

摘　　要：任职教育是"三位一体"军事人才培养体系的主要组成部分,是军事职业教育的一项重要内容。该文分析了新时期军队院校任职教育呈现出的新需求和新特点,剖析了任职教育教学与科研创新工作存在的主要问题,从总体设计、人才队伍建设、考核评价机制创新和成果转化等方面提出了促进任职教育教学与科研创新融合发展的有效策略,以期为提升军队院校任职教育的教学质量提供有力支撑。Professional education is the main component of the"three-in-one"military talent training system and an important content of military professional education.This paper analyzes the new needs and new characteristics of professional education in military academies in the new period,analyzes the main problems in the professional education and teaching and scientific research innovation,and proposes effective strategies to promote the integration and development of professional education and teaching and scientific research innovation,with a view to providing strong support for improving the quality of professional education and teaching in military academies.
