摘　　要：随着我国的快速发展,当下国家急需具有坚定理想信念的高层次人才,研究生党员是重要生力军,做好研究生党建工作的重要性日益凸显。该文广泛调查研究目前国内高校在开展研究生党建工作中遇到的困难和优秀经验做法,以期为提升研究生党建工作质量的探索实践提供借鉴和参考。With the rapid development of our country currently,high-level talents with firm ideals and beliefs are needed urgently,and postgraduate Party members are an important new force,so the importance of postgraduate Party building is increasingly prominent.This paper extensively investigates and studies the problems encountered by domestic universities in the implementation of postgraduate Party building as well as the excellent experience and practices in the implementation,with a view to providing reference for the exploration and practice of improving the quality of postgraduate Party building.
