摘　　要：网络直播技术因跨时空性、互动性和便捷性等特征,渗透到社会的各个领域。同时,其为在线教育行业也带来了新的机遇和挑战。高校就业指导课程教师应合理有效地利用网络直播这一新载体的优势,探索网络直播在高校就业指导课程中的应用策略,提升就业指导课程的教学效果。The technology of webcast has applied into every field of society because it overcomes the limitations of time and space and is interactive and convenient to use.At the same time,it brings new opportunities and challenges to the online education industry.The teachers of the employment guidance course in colleges and universities can make good use of the advantages of the webcast,and explore the application strategy of webcast in the employment guidance course in colleges and universities,so as to improve the influence of the employment guidance course.
