摘 要:冬季严寒地区水库,由于水固结成冰后产生较大的冰胀力作用于门体,弧形闸门会发生纵向位移、门体局部变形、止水失效,对闸门安全构成威胁,严重影响闸门的正常稳定运行。文章针对白石水库冬季结冰对表孔弧形闸门所造成的危害,不断改进和优化闸门破冰方法,设计出了单泵单管自动控制破冰装置,该装置安装简单、便于维修、自动化程度高、破冰效果显著,为北方寒冷地区水库冬季闸门破冰提供了科学、有效的技术支撑和借鉴。Since the water consolidation into ice generates large ice expansion force on the gate in the cold region of reservoirs during winter,the radial gate will lead to longitudinal displacement,local deformation of the gate and water stop failure,thereby threatening the gate security,and seriously affecting the normal and stable operation of the gate.The gate ice breaking method is constantly improved and optimized in the paper aiming at the harm of freezing in Baishi Reservoir on the surface spillway radial gate,the single pump single-tube automatic control ice breaking device is designed,the device has the advantages of simple installation,easy maintenance,high degree of automation and remarkable ice breaking effect,thereby providing scientific and effective technical support and reference for reservoir gate ice breaking in northern cold area during winter.
