摘 要:采用球头刀加工时,会在行距方向上产生行间残留,在进给方向的行间残留上产生扇形残留。为了提高工件表面加工质量,以加工平面为例建立了球头刀加工模型及零件表面扇形残留模型,研究了每齿进给量、切削刃数、刀具半径和刀具螺旋角等参数对扇形残留的影响。使用MATLAB软件进行了仿真计算,得出每齿进给量和切削刃螺旋角的增大会使扇形残留面积增大,刀具半径和切削刃数增加会使扇形残留面积减小。切削试验及测量试验结果较好地匹配了仿真结果,证明了球头刀铣削零件表面扇形残留模型的可行性。最后提出了控制扇形残留高度的方法,为球头刀铣削加工提供了参考。In the process of ball-end milling cutter machining,there is row residual in the direction of interval feed and scallop residual in the direction of feed.In order to improve the surface machining quality of workpiece,the machining model of the ball-end milling cutter and the scallop residual model of the part surface were established by taking the machining plane as an example,the effects of feed per tooth,number of cutting edges,tool radius and tool helix angle on sector residue were studied.Used MATLAB software for simulation calculation,the simulation results showed that the increase of feed per tooth and helix angle of cutting edge will increase the scallop residual,and the increase of tool radius and cutting edge number will reduce the scallop residual.The cutting test and measurement test results match the simulation results well,which proved the feasibility of the scallop residual model of the part surface milled by the ball-end milling cutter.At last,the method of controlling the residual height of the sector was put forward,which provided a reference for the milling of the ball-end milling cutter.
