摘  要:针对目前旋压封头关键尺寸急需在线高效测量的问题,采用滚轮法测量原理,提出并研制了旋压封头关键尺寸在线测量系统。该系统通过测量滚轮以及预压缩机构实现滚轮与封头的无滑动滚动,采用旋转编码器采集滚轮的旋转圈数,色标传感器记录封头的旋转圈数,并通过控制单元实时输出测量结果;该系统完成了不同规格封头的静态和动态测量试验。测量结果表明:旋压封头关键尺寸在线测量系统性能稳定,测量精度满足GB/T 25198-2010规范要求;验证了该系统的有效性和可靠性。In view of the urgent need for on-line and efficient measurement of the key dimensions for a spinning head,an on-line measurement system of the key dimensions for a spinning head has been presented and developed based on the principle of the roller method.A roller and a precompression mechanism have been used to realize the non sliding rolling between the roller and the head.A rotary encoder is used to collect the number of the roller,and a color code sensor is used to record the number of the head,and the test results are output in real time.The on-line measuring device has completed the static and dynamic test for the heads with different specifications.The results show that the performance of the system is stable and the measurement accuracy meets the requirements of GB/T 25198—2010.The validity of the method and the reliability of the test system were verified.
