摘 要:在衡水湖东湖设置了3个采样区,分别为S1香蒲区、S2芦苇区和S3荷花区。于2019年5-10月进行了水样采集。通过叶绿素a、总氮、总磷含量、根系活力的测定,叶绿素a含量与挺水植物密度及面积相关性研究结果显示:叶绿素a含量香蒲稀疏区>香蒲密集区>香蒲密度一般区;芦苇稀疏区>芦苇密集区≈芦苇密度一般区;荷花稀疏区>荷花密度一般区>荷花密集区。植物面积大小与叶绿素a含量有关;面积较小,叶绿素a含量较高;在一定范围内,面积较大叶绿素a含量较低。叶绿素a含量与芦苇生长状况相关性结果表明,叶绿素a含量与芦苇生长状况呈负相关关系,与总氮、总磷含量均呈正相关关系。研究结果说明,挺水植物对浮游植物有抑制作用,植物根系活力高且植株密度、面积合适对浮游植物抑制作用较大。There are three sampling areas in East Lake of Hengshui Lake,which are S1 cattail area,S2 reed area and S3 lotus area.Water samples were collected from May to October 2019.Through the determination of chlorophyll a,total nitrogen,total phosphorus content and root activity,the correlation between chlorophyll a content and density and area of emergent plants showed that:chlorophyll a content in cattail sparse area>cattail dense area>cattail general dense area;reed sparse area>reed dense area≈reed general dense area;lotus sparse area>lotus general dense area>lotus dense area.The size of plant area is related to the content of chlorophyll a.The area is smaller,and the content of chlorophyll a is higher.In a certain range,the content of chlorophyll a is lower when the area is larger.The results showed that the content of chlorophyll a was negatively correlated with the growth of reed,and positively correlated with the content of total nitrogen and total phosphorus.The results showed that the emergent plants had inhibitory effect on phytoplankton,and the high root activity and the suitable plant density and area had a greater inhibitory effect on phytoplankton.
