The Integrity and Innovation of Logic Teaching in Public Security Colleges

摘  要:逻辑学对于公安工作有着特殊的重要性,但实际的教学效果不好,突出表现在学生重视不够、学习的积极性不高、对逻辑学的认识不深刻。为改变这种状况,有人主张在公安院校,应该用更具"实用性"的法律逻辑或侦查逻辑等取代逻辑学。要真正改变公安院校逻辑教学的现状,"取代论"是不可取的。必须坚守逻辑对学生理性思维的塑造这一本位,以此为基础在以下几个方面进行创新:更新课程内容体系,从传统形式逻辑向现代形式逻辑扩展;创新教学理念,坚持知识反思与知识产出的有机统一;创新教学手段和方法,提升课堂效率。Logic is of special importance to the public security work.However,the actual teaching effect is not ideal,which can be seen obviously from following aspects:Students pay less attention to logic;Students are not active in learning;Students are unable to form a deep understanding of logic.In order to change this situation,some argued that in police colleges,we should replace logic with legal logic or investigation logic which is more"practical".In order to change the present situation of logic teaching in police colleges effectively,the theory of substitution is not advisable.We must adhere to the role of logic in shaping students’rational thinking.On this basis,many aspects should be innovated while teaching:We should update the curriculum system and expand the teachingsystem from traditional formal logic to modern formal logic;We should innovate teaching ideas and adhere to the natural integrity of knowledge reflection and knowledge output;We should innovate teaching philosophy and teaching methods to improve classroom efficiency.
