摘  要:采用高效液相色谱法测定莱芜黑猪肉中烟酸的含量,并对提取方法及色谱条件等方面进行了改进,以Kromasil C18柱为分离柱,甲醇–0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾缓冲液(体积比5∶95)为流动相,柱温30℃,紫外检测器在波长261nm条件下检测,可以在4min左右完成分析。烟酸在1.0~25.0mg/L范围内有良好的线性关系(R=0.9998),相对标准偏差为0.62%(n=6),平均加标回收率为98.4%,检出限为2.0×10^-4g/kg,为准确测定莱芜黑猪肉中的烟酸含量提供了一种简便快捷的检测方法。High performance liquid chromatography was adopted to determine the content of nicotinic acid in Laiwu black pork,and the extraction method and chromatographic conditions were improved.The Kromasil 18 column was taken as the separation column,and methanol-0.05 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate buffer(volume ratio 5∶95)was taken as the mobile phase,and the column temperature was 30℃,and the ultraviolet detector detected at a wavelength of 261 nm,and the analysis could be completed in about 4 min.Nicotinic acid had a good linear relationship within the range of 1.0~25.0mg/L(R=0.9998),and the relative standard deviation was 0.62%(n=6),and the average recovery rate was 98.4%,and the detection limit was 2.0×10-4g/kg.It provided a simple and fast detection method for the accurate determination of content of nicotinic acidin Laiwu black pork.
