摘　　要：安全管理的核心是风险管理,多年以来,石油石化系统就将风险管理作为管理的重点来抓,但是通过运行来看,由于员工素质、技术水平、科技手段等方面的缺陷与短板,风险识别、评估、控制、监控、降级或销项等工作没有系统考虑。本文就安全生产的风险影响因数,西南油气田风险管理现状,阐述了油田企业如何建立安全风险管控体系,以便各级更好地诊断、控制、监控和消除风险,以实现安全生产的目的。The core of safety management is risk management.For many years,petroleum and petrochemical systems have taken risk management as the focus of management.However,according to the operation situation,due to the defects and shortcomings in staff quality,technical level,scientific and technological means,risk identification,assessment,control,monitoring,demotion or sales items are not systematically considered.Based on the risk impact factors of safe production and the current situation of risk management in southwest oil and gas fields,this paper expounded how to establish a safety risk management and control system in oil field enterprises,so as to better diagnose,control,monitor and eliminate risks at all levels and realize the purpose of safe production.
