液压支架拆解组装硐室方案设计研究

摘  要:金鸡滩煤矿副斜井因漏水等原因出现变形,处理后变形段井筒无法满足108工作面液压支架整体装车升井的需求,现场需设置井下支架拆解组装硐室.本文详细介绍了硐室设计相关技术方案,最后提出几点建议,对今后相同工况下液压支架拆解组装硐室的设计具有一定的指导意义.The auxiliary inclined shaft of Jinjitan coal mine was deformed due to water leakage and other reasons.After treatment,the shaft in the deformed section could not meet the requirements of the overall loading and lifting of hydraulic supports in the 108th working face.The underground support dismantling and assembling chamber should be set up on site.This paper introduces the technical scheme of chamber design in detail,and finally puts forward some suggestions,which have certain guiding significance for the design of hydraulic support disassembly and assembly chamber under the same working conditions in the future.
