摘　　要：原有氯醇化法工艺的尾气在设计时未考虑处理方式.为使生产系统环保、无污染,通过计算后,补充适量的氮气使氯醇化尾气处于爆炸三角区范围之外.通过采用燃烧的处理方法,使尾气中的丙烯、丙烷等有机气体充分燃烧,确保生产安全、环保、零排放.此处理工艺可为氯醇化尾气处理提供参考.The tail gas of the original chlorination process was designed without considering the treatment method.In order to make the production system environmentally friendly and pollution-free,an appropriate amount of nitrogen was added after calculation to make the chlorinated tail gas outside the scope of the explosion triangle area.By adopting combustion treatment method,the organic gases such as propylene and propane contained in tail gas were fully burned to have a kind of safety,eco-friendly and zero-emission production.This process can provide reference for the treatment of chlorinated tail gas.
