摘　　要：催化剂在丙烯聚合中起到决定性的作用,不仅影响生产的稳定,还直接决定产品的各方面性能,即使同属Z-N催化剂,不同厂家和不同系列的催化剂产品在试用过程中的表现和产品性能的差异有很大区别,对试用过程进行研究,对各聚丙烯装置进行催化剂的筛选和国产化有重要作用.Catalysts play a decisive role in propylene polymerization.They not only affect the stability of production,but also directly determine all aspects of product performance.Even if they belong to Z-N catalyst,there are great differences in performance and product property between different manufacturers and different series of catalyst products in the trial process.Research on the trial process plays an important role in the selection and localization of catalysts for various polypropylene devices.
