纺丝用粘胶原液生产技术在再生纤维素膜生产中的创新应用

摘　　要：目前,国内纺丝粘胶原液制备技术已较为成熟,性能助剂的使用也在不断优化。而纺丝粘胶原液制备与再生纤维素粘胶原液制备具有同源性,粘胶纺前注射技术、粘胶原液染色技术、高湿模量纺丝粘胶原液生产技术、纺丝粘胶原液防霉抗菌生产技术、纺丝粘胶原液防静电生产技术、纺丝粘胶原液尺寸稳定生产技术等,多数纺丝粘胶原液生产技术均可借鉴应用于再生纤维素膜生产中,为再生纤维素膜生产奠定了坚实的理论基础。本文着重介绍了几项纺丝粘胶原液特种性能制备工艺及其功能材料在再生纤维素膜中的应用实例,为再生纤维素膜生产提供了有力的技术支持。At present,the domestic spinning viscose stock solution preparation technology is relatively mature,and the use of performance additives is also continuously optimized.However,the preparation of spinning viscose stock solution has homology with the preparation of regenerated cellulose viscose stock solution.Most of the spinning viscose stock solution production technologies,such as injection technology before spinning viscose,viscose stock solution dyeing technology,high wet modulus spinning viscose stock solution production technology,spinning viscose stock solution mildew-proof and antibacterial production technology,spinning viscose stock solution antistatic production technology,spinning viscose stock solution size stable production technology,can be used for reference in the production of regenerated cellulose membrane,laying a solid theoretical foundation for the production of regenerated cellulose membrane.This paper mainly introduces several special properties preparation processes of spinning viscose stock solution and application examples of functional materials in regenerated cellulose membrane,which can provide strong technical support for the production of regenerated cellulose membrane.
