摘 要:深井、超深井勘探开发不断深入,所面临的地层条件越来越复杂,钻井过程中钻具会出现粘滑振动、跳钻、突然回转等问题,导致钻头崩齿、钻具扭转变形,影响钻头的使用寿命,降低钻井速度。对此,新型自适应钻头和井下动力钻具被研发出并得到应用。介绍了TerrAdapt钻头、Cruzer钻头、Tektonic钻头等自适应钻头,以及Navi-Drill马达、Rival PDM马达等井下动力钻具的研究进展。这些新技术的应用推动了钻井的智能化发展,并且降低了石油开采的成本。With the deepening of exploration and development of deep wells and ultra-deep wells,the formation conditions faced are becoming more and more complicated.During drilling,stick-slip vibration,bit bouncing,sudden rotation and other problems will occur in the drilling tool,resulting in the cracking of the bit and torsional deformation of the drill while affecting the service life of the drill and reducing the drilling speed.In response,new adaptive drill bits and downhole power drilling tools have been developed and applied.The research progress of the adaptive drill bits such as TerrAdapt drill bit,Cruzer drill bit,Tektonic drill bit,and the downhole power drilling tools such as Navi-Drill motor,Rival PDM motor were introduced.The application of these new technologies has promoted the intellectualized development of well-drilling with cost reduction of oil production.
