散货轮主机增压器损坏原因分析及改进措施

摘　　要：对某61 000 t散货轮主机增压器发生损坏故障的原因进行了分析,具体包括断裂面分析、主机运行数据分析、涡轮叶片材质和尺寸分析、涡轮叶片生产工艺分析,通过分析确定了故障原因。针对散货轮主机增压器损坏故障原因,提出临时改进措施和永久改进措施,并对改进措施的效果进行了验证。The causes of damage failure of the turbocharger of a 61000 t bulk carrier host were analyzed including fracture surface analysis,host operation data analysis,turbine blade material and size analysis,turbine blade production process analysis,and the causes of the failure were determined through analysis.Aiming at the causes of damage failure of the host turbocharger of the bulk carrier,interim improvement and permanent corrective measures were proposed,and the effects of the corrective measures were verified.
