摘　　要：大多数细胞毒性药物均可通过静脉途径给药,但静脉给药的安全性和有效性受到多种因素的影响,如药液配制、药液贮存条件以及药物外渗等。为规范静脉用抗肿瘤药物的临床合理应用,本文通过查阅相关文献,对常见抗肿瘤药物的配制、贮存条件、给药持续时间、给药顺序、化疗药物外渗、不良反应监护与处理等进行整理和归纳,以期为药师、医师以及护理人员提供参考依据,促进临床的合理用药。Most cytotoxic drugs can be administrated intravenously,but the safety and efficacy of intravenously administered drugs are affected by many factors,such as the drug preparation,preservation and extravasation.In order to standardize the clinical rational use of antineoplastic drugs for intravenous administration,this paper sorted out and summarized the preparation,storage conditions,duration and sequence of administration,extravasation of chemotherapy drugs,monitoring and treatment of adverse reactions of common antitumor drugs by consulting relevant literatures.It could provide reference for pharmacists,doctors and nurses,and could promote the rational use of drugs.
