摘　　要：目的:探讨猫须草水提物(OSE)对尿酸钠诱导的急性痛风关节炎大鼠的抗炎作用。方法:采用尿酸钠溶液注射关节腔建立急性痛风性关节炎模型后,定期记录大鼠关节肿胀度,并测定大鼠全血的白细胞、中性粒细胞、淋巴细胞以及血清和肿胀组织NO水平。结果:与模型组比较,OSE高、中剂量组大鼠致炎后在不同时间点不同程度减轻关节肿胀程度,OSE高、中剂量组大鼠全血白细胞与淋巴细胞水平明显下降(P<0.05),但中性粒细胞的降低无显著性差异;OSE高、中、低剂量组显著升高血清血清NO的水平(P<0.01),并显著降低踝关节组织NO水平(P<0.01)。结论:OSE对尿酸钠所致急性痛风关节炎大鼠的抗炎机制可能与促进组织NO向血液释放并降低血液中白细胞、中性粒细胞和淋巴细胞水平有关。Objective:To investigate the anti-inflammation effects of orthosiphon stamineus aqueous extract on rats with acute gouty arthritis induced by sodium urate.Methods:A acute gouty arthritis model was established by inject with sodium urate crystal solution into the ankle.The degree of joint swelling in rats was recorded regularly,the levels of leukocytes,neutrophils,lymphocytes in whole blood and NO in serum and swollen tissues were measured.Result:compared with the model group,the rats in the high and middle dose of OSE reduced the degree of joint swelling at different time points after inflammation,and the whole blood leukocyte and lymphocyte levels in the high and middle dose of OSE decreased significantly(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the decrease of neutrophils.The NO levels of serum were increased(P<0.01)and NO levels in ankle tissues were decreased(P<0.01)by the high,medium and low dose of OSE.Conclusions:The anti-inflammatory mechanism of OSE on rats with acute gout arthritis induced by sodium urate may be related to the promotion of the release of NO from tissues into the blood and the reduction of leucocyte,neutrophil and lymphocyte levels in the blood.
