手法针刺治疗眩晕的研究进展

摘　　要：眩晕病症是长久以来困扰着众多医家和患者的难题,西医因对该病症的发病机制尚未明确,加之临床中的客观体征又较少,故对其临床诊断亦未明确,因此有效、便捷地治疗眩晕病症的方法亟待探寻。而中医在临床上治疗眩晕这方面收效颇佳,文章综合了近5年相关临床报道文献,分别介绍并整合了手法、针刺及其相互结合运用于临床治疗眩晕的具体情况,并对其治疗的机理进行探讨研究,旨在与各医家交流,为临床上治疗眩晕提供切实方法,亦对眩晕的诊疗思维提供新的、更多的切入点。Vertigo has been a difficult problem that has puzzled many physicians and patients for a long time.Because the pathogenesis of vertigo is not clear in western medicine,and there are few objective signs in clinical,so its clinical diagnosis is not clear,so the effective and convenient treatment of vertigo needs to be explored.However,traditional Chinese medicine has achieved good results in the treatment of vertigo.Combined with the characteristics and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine,the exploration of the treatment of vertigo is inseparable from its nature.This paper summarizes the relevant clinical reports published in the past five years,introduces and integrates the specific situation of manipulation,acupuncture and their combination in clinical treatment of vertigo,and studies the mechanism of its treatment,aiming to communicate with doctors,provide practical methods for clinical treatment of vertigo,and provide new and more entry points for the diagnosis and treatment of vertigo.
