浅谈“互联网+”在医院门诊中的应用

摘　　要：随着"互联网+"影响力的不断升级,"互联网+"医疗服务模式广泛应用,为了解决大多数三甲医院都存在现场排队等候时间过长、病人扎堆看病等现象。广西中医药大学第一附属医院通过门诊改造逐步推出电话、网络、诊间等多种方式来解决上述现象,但是效果并不是十分理想。2018年12月20日开始到2019年底,经过一年时间应用"互联网+"智慧医院,解决了病人等候时间长、扎堆看病等现象,同时也减少了医院人力资源消耗。With the continuous upgrading of the influence of"Internet+"and the wide application of"Internet+"medical"service mode,In order to solve the problem that most of the top three hospitals have to wait too long in line on the spot,patients flock to see a doctor,etc.,our hospital has launched a variety of ways to solve the above-mentioned phenomenon through outpatient reconstruction,such as telephone,network,clinic,etc.,but the effect is not very ideal.From December 20,2018 to the end of 2019,after one year's application of the"Internet+"smart hospital,the phenomenon of long waiting time for patients and mass medical treatment has been solved.At the same time,it also reduces hospital human resources.In the future,it will be more convenient for people to see a doctor.
