基于药物研发能力导向的《生物技术制药》课程教学模式研究

摘　　要：目的培养高素质的生物技术制药创新型专业人才。方法开展以药物研发能力为导向的《生物技术制药》课程教学模式改革研究,具体方法包括形成以药物研发为主线的章节教学、构建以生物制药研发为引导的案例教学、开展以生物制药研发热点为主题的研讨教学、落实以鼓励创新为核心的实践教学,以及完善以生物制药创新思维为侧重的考核形式等。结果提高了课程教学质量,培养了学生的新药创新思维。结论以药物研发能力为导向的《生物技术制药》课程教学改革为培养生物技术制药领域创新型人才奠定了基础。Objective To cultivate high-quality and innovative biotechnological pharmaceutical professionals.Method A research on the teaching mode of Biotechnological Pharmaceutics oriented by drug research and development(R&D)was carried out,specifically including chapters teaching with drug R&D as the main line,building a case base of biopharmaceutical R&D,conducting seminars around the hot issues of biopharmaceutical R&D,and encouraging students to participate in the research of our lab,and assessment of innovative thinking of Biotechnological Pharmaceutics.Results Through the above series of reforms,the teaching quality has been improved,the students’innovative thinking of new drugs has been cultivated.Conclusion Teaching reform of biotechnological pharmaceutical course oriented by drug R&D has laid foundation for the cultivation of innovative talents of biotechnological pharmaceutics.
