导数分光光度法测定尿基复合肥料中的双氰胺

摘　　要：采用导数分光光度法消除尿基复合肥料的基体干扰,在波长224 nm下,测定样品吸光度,以吸光度对波长的一阶导数为纵坐标、双氰胺含量为横坐标绘制标准回归曲线,计算回归方程,以此求得尿基复合肥料中双氰胺含量.该法相对标准偏差小于3.01%,加标回收率为98.3%~100.8%,与国标方法相比,其相对误差小于5.56%.Derivative spectrophotometer is used to eliminate matrix interference of urea-based compound fertilizers,the samples absorbance is determined under 224 nm,the standard cure is drawn with the first derivative of absorbance to wavelength as ordinate and dicyandiamide content as abscissa,the regression equation is calculated,so as to obtain the content of dicyandiamide in the urea based compound fertilizer.The relative standard deviation is less than 3.01%,and the recovery rate is 98.3%-100.8%,the relative error is less than 5.56%compared with national standard method.
