摘 要:利用高速拉伸试验机在0.01~500 s^-1的应变率范围内获取了某碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)层合板发动机罩的应力-应变曲线并讨论了应变率对其力学性能的影响,结果表明CFRP层合板是应变率相关材料。利用获取的试验数据与广义Maxwell模型拟合,得到考虑应变率效应的广义Maxwell材料本构模型,将该模型引入分析软件LS-DYNA,对某CFRP发动机罩进行了行人保护性能仿真与试验对标,结果表明,考虑模量的应变率效应可以提升CFRP发动机罩头部损伤值的分析准确度。Stress-strain curve of an engine hood made of Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic(CFRP)is obtained at a strain rate range of 0.01~500 s^-1 with a high speed tensile machine,and the influence of strain rate on its mechanical properties is discussed.Test results show that CFRP laminated plate is strain rate related material.The test data obtained is fitted with the generalized Maxwell model,the generalized Maxwell material constitutive model considering strain rate effect is obtained,analysis software LS-DYNA is introduced to this model.Pedestrain protection performance simulation and test benchmarking are carried out for a CFRP engine hood.Test results show that the strain rate effect considering modulus can improve the accuracy of analysis of CFRP engine hood head injury value.
