摘　　要：公安院校是公安执法人才培养的摇篮,也是卓越法治人才培养建设的重要组成部分。当前公安院校法学教育面临着"金课"时代下的转型与挑战,为实现学生本位的翻转课堂,培育优秀的公安法治人才,完成公安院校法学教育的现代化转型,需要摒弃传统陈旧的教学理念与方式,在教学模式与教学方法上推陈出新。BOPPPS教学模式、TBL教学法与法学课程具有结合贯通的理论基础与应用前景,但要实现有机融合,还需要从实施前提、核心要义、关键步骤等方面扎实推进。The public security colleges are the cradle of public secrity law enforcement personnel as well as the part of construction of cultivation of excellent rule-of-law talents.The law educatioin in public security colleges faces the challenge in the"gold class"age and out-of-date teaching theories and forms should be casted away in order to realize the modernization of teaching modes and methods.There are theoretical basis and practical prospect for the combination of BOPPPS teaching mode,TBL teaching method and law courses.
