摘  要:旋转导向钻井系统是国内页岩气高效开发的一种新的钻井方式,为了进一步深化旋转导向钻井系统在页岩气长水平段水平井的应用。通过对Geo-Pilot Hybrid旋转导向钻井系统的构成、工作原理等方面进行全面分析,并首次使用江汉测录井公司自主引进的Geo-Pilot Hybrid旋转导向钻井系统在焦页2平台的JY2-S2HF井、JY2-S4HF井进行应用。应用表明,与同平台、同水平段长度、使用常规LWD定向井钻井技术的JY2-S3HF井对比,旋转导向钻井系统具有机械钻速快、定向便捷、测量盲区短、轨迹平滑等点。应用认为,该项钻井系统可为国内页岩气的高效开发提供有力支撑。Rotary steering drilling system is a new drilling method for efficient shale gas development in China.In order to further deepen the application of the rotary steering drilling system in the long horizontal wells of the shale gas long horizontal section,this paper analyzes comprehensively the composition and working principle of Geo-Pilot Hybrid rotary steering drilling system and for the first time uses it in JY2-S2HF Well and JY2-S4HF Well of Jiaoye 2 Platform for application.The application shows that,compared with JY2-S3HF Well with conventional LWD directional well drilling technology in the same horizontal section of the same platform,the rotating-guided drilling system has the advantages of fast mechanical drilling speed,fast location,short measure dead zone and smooth track.It is believed that this drilling system can provide strong support for the efficient development of shale gas in China.
