网络时代加强企业思想政治工作的思考

摘　　要：加强企业思想政治工作需要政工干部学网、懂网、用网,适应新形势企业不断发展的变化。强化员工引导,推崇健康上网;加强政工干部自我学习,提高网络信息的甄别能力;加速适应网络时代思想政治工作队伍建设,推进网络政工;构建企业网络交互平台,科学利用网络,牢牢占领网络思想政治工作这个阵地。To strengthen the enterprise ideological and political work,it is necessary for political workers to learn and use the Internet,so as to adapt themselves to the constant development of enterprises in the new situation.We should strengthen staff guide and promote healthy Internet access;We should strengthen the self-study of political workers and improve their ability to screen online information;We should speed up the building of a contingent of ideological and political workers to adapt to the Internet era and promote online political work;We should build an enterprise network interaction platform,make scientific use of the network and firmly occupy the position of ideological and political work on the network.
