摘 要:油田企业业务流程点多线长面广,企业员工数量庞大,对外交流合作频繁,科技保密工作任务艰巨、形势严峻。必须发挥石油石化行业“严细实”的优良传统,着力通过“三个转变”提高科技保密教育培训的针对性,抓好“三个结合”提高科技保密制度的操作性,加强“三化”建设提高科技保密检查考核的有效性,提高油田企业科技保密工作水平。The business process of oilfield enterprises is long and wide,the number of employees is huge,and the foreign exchanges and cooperation are frequent.Therefore,the task of science and technology confidentiality is arduous and the situation is severe.We must give full play to the fine tradition of the petroleum and petrochemical industry,focus on improving the pertinence of science and technology confidentiality education and training through three transformations,focus on improving the operability of science and technology confidentiality system through three combinations and improve the effectiveness of science and technology confidentiality inspection and assessment by strengthening“Sanhua”construction to improve the level of science and technology confidentiality work in oilfield enterprises.
