摘　　要：油田物业单位正在逐步深化市场化改革,小区基础设施维修改造,是市场化改革的配套工程之一。维修改造项目设计-施工-造价管理是影响维修改造项目的主要环节,要从夯实项目调研优化方案设计、完善基础工作优化工程招标、严格施工管理优化过程控制、对接监控资料优化造价结算等四个方面来优化维修改造项目管理。Oilfield property units are gradually deepening the market-oriented reform.the maintenance and renovation of community infrastructure is one of the supporting projects of market-oriented reform.The design-construction-cost management of maintenance and renovation project is the main link that affects the maintenance and renovation project.It is necessary to optimize the project management from four aspects,including strengthening the project investigation and optimization scheme design,improving the foundation work to optimize engineering bidding,being strict with construction management to optimize process control and docking monitoring data to optimize cost final settlement.
