摘　　要：为达到北美市场的UL认证要求,特选用西门子S120 AC驱动联合汇川ISMG1伺服电机运转福伊特齿轮泵作为主动力源,采用西门子S7-1200安全PLC通过PROFINET通讯网络实现总控,利用伺服泵控高效率、高响应、节能等特点实现一次性塑料餐具替代品可降解植物纤维高温高压成型,通过机器人、浆池、模具等配合实现可降解一次性餐具的自动化生产,满足车间无人化、餐具批量化生产的要求。In order to meet the UL certification requirements of the North American market,Siemens S120 AC drive and Incheon ISMG1 servo motor have been used to run the Voith gear pump as the main power source,while Siemens S7-1200 safety PLC has been used to achieve general control through the PROFINET communication network.Servo pump control has high efficiency,high response,energy saving and other features to realize the high-temperature and high-pressure forming of disposable plastic tableware substitutes for degradable plant fibers.Through the cooperation of robots,pulp tanks,die,etc.,automatic production of degradable disposable tableware can be realized to meet the requirement of unmanned workshops and mass production of tableware.
