摘　　要：为建立快速检测鸭3型腺病毒的方法,试验采用纯化的兔抗鸭3型腺病毒血清致敏聚苯乙烯乳胶,建立了乳胶凝集试验。结果显示,致敏乳胶不自凝,可于4℃保存半年。该方法特异性强,重复性好,与琼脂扩散试验的符合率为100%。对临床样品的检测,乳胶凝集试验与PCR检测方法的符合率为85.4%。试验表明,乳胶凝集试验存在一定的漏检率,但由于其简单、快速、无需昂贵仪器等特点,可用于鸭3型腺病毒病的临床快速筛查。In order to establish a rapid detection method for duck adenovirus serotype 3,a latex agglutination test(LAT)was established by sensitized polystyrene latex with purified rabbit anti-duck adenovirus serotype 3 serum.The results showed that the sensitized latex was not self-solidifying and could be stored at 4℃for half a year.The method had high specificity and repeatability,and the coincidence rate with agar diffusion test was 100%.The coincidence rate between LAT and PCR was 85.4%.Although there was a certain rate of missed detection,LAT can be used for rapid detection of duck adenovirus 3 in clinic because it′s simple,fast and cost-effective.
