摘 要:目的了解兰州地区血液调剂现状,为进一步完善全省血液调剂联动机制提供科学依据。方法收集兰州地区和省内13家中心血站之间2012—2018年调剂血液数据,分析调剂血液血量增长情况、品种构成、血型及地域分布。结果2012—2018年兰州地区调入血液血量呈逐年上升趋势,7年间血量增长了97.35%(由16077.50 U增加至31729.75 U),品种以血浆类为主,占比64.26%(101462.50 U/157895.25 U);调拨血液血量趋势平稳,血液品种以红细胞类为主,占比73.09%(4705.50 U/6438.25 U)。从区域分布来看,东区血液调剂量最多,占总血液调剂量51.72%(84996.75 U/164333.5 U);特殊区域仅陇南血站单家的血液调剂血量占到了总血液调剂量的21.27%(34957.75 U/164333.5 U);兰州地区调拨血液品种偏向于部分血站因条件限制尚未开展的特殊需求血液。结论省内血液调剂联动机制运行良好,有效均衡了全省血液资源的合理应用。建议尽快统一全省血站血液信息管理系统,解决外调血液更换标签存在的弊端;各血站应积极探索解决目前调剂血液运输车辆短缺及血液质量安全长效稳定的保障措施。Objective To understand the current situation of blood regulation in Lanzhou so as to provide a scientific basis for further improving the linkage mechanism of blood regulation in the whole province.Methods The data of regulated blood between Lanzhou,the provincial capital of Gansu,and 13 central blood stations in Gansu province from 2012 to 2018 were collected,including the units of blood allocated from Lanzhou to regional blood centers and the units of blood transferred from regional blood centers to Lanzhou.The growth of blood units,composition of blood products and blood type,as well as regional distribution of blood regulation were analyzed.Results From 2012 to 2018,the units of blood transferred from regional blood centers to Lanzhou showed an increasing trend year by year,and the volume increased by 97.35%(from 16077.5 U to 31729.5 U),with plasma as the main species,accounting for 64.26%(101462.50 U/157895.25 U).The units of blood allocated from Lanzhou to regional blood centers stayed stablly,with red blood cells as the main species,accounting for 73.09%(4705.50 U/6438.25 U).According to the analysis of regional distribution,the eastern region received more than half of the blood allocated in the whole province,accounting for 51.72%(84996.75 U/164333.5 U).Longnan Blood Station,one of the stations in special region where was prone to geological disasters in recent years,received 21.27%(34957.75U/164333.5 U)of the total amount of blood allocated.The despatches of blood products from Lanzhou to some regional blood centers were customerized owing to their limited conditions.Conclusion The linkage mechanism of blood regulation in Gansu province runs well,which effectively balances the rational use of blood resources in the whole province.It is suggested that the blood information management system of blood stations in the whole province should be unified as soon as possible to solve such disadvantages as changing labels for blood units under despatches;all blood stations should actively explore more measures t
