摘 要:研究目的:高铁无砟轨道路涵过渡段是不均匀沉降的高发地段,通常使用注胶手段进行化学抬升,而无砟轨道脱空沉降以及抬升后的注胶效果无法直接评价,需要对其进行无损检测。本文研究拟找到准确、高效的无砟轨道脱空沉降以及注胶效果评价手段。研究结论:(1)基床表层的不均匀沉降状况与轨面沉降曲线高度吻合,轨道沉降主要由基床表层沉降引起;(2)使用400 MHz地质雷达天线可以有效检测轨道的不均匀沉降情况,支承层底脱空部位雷达波形频率降低(波形变胖),子波旁瓣减小;(3)地质雷达可以有效检测轨道注胶效果,表现为明显的强反射同相轴,可对注胶范围以及注胶饱满程度进行评价;(4)本文研究对大部分轨道脱空以及沉降检测具有借鉴意义,对轨道沉降抬升治理效果评价具有指导意义。Research purposes:The subgrade-culvert transition section of ballastless track on high-speed railway is a high-occurrence area of uneven settlement.Usually,the method of glue injection is used to carry out chemical lifting,and it is impossible to directly evaluate the void and the effect of glue injection for the ballastless track after it is lifted.So nondestructive testing is needed.This paper aims to find an accurate and efficient method for ballastless track separation and subsidence,as well as an evaluation method for the effect of glue injection.Research conclusions:(1)Uneven settlement condition of bed surface is highly similar to rail surface settlement curve,the track settlement is mainly caused by the surface settlement of the foundation bed.(2)The uneven track settlement can be effectively detected by using the 400 MHz geological radar antenna.The frequency of the radar waveform of the void part of the bottom of the support layer decreases(the waveform becomes fatter),and the wavelet side lobe decreases.(3)GPR can effectively detect the effect of orbital glue injection.The obvious strong reflection coaxial axis can be seen in the nondestructive testing with radar,and the range and degree of glue injection can be evaluated.(4)The research result has reference significance for most of the track void and settlement detection,and has guiding significance for the evaluation of the treatment effect of track settlement.
