红菇提取物对预防运动性贫血的试验

摘　　要：鉴于运动性贫血是目前广受关注的困扰运动员的主要营养学病症之一,选择120名在校大学生作为研究对象进行相关试验。试验组服用红菇提取物,对两组受试者进行血液化学检测,定量体育活动统计以及营养摄入分析。试验结果表明,红菇提取物有利于改善血红蛋白、红细胞、促红细胞生成素等主要血液化学指标,对于初步预防运动性贫血有一定的帮助。Exercise-induced anemia is one of the major nutritional disorders that currently afflict athletes.120 college students were chose as the research object,the test group took Russula vinosa extract.The blood chemistry tests,quantitative sports statistics and the nutrition intake analysis were processed.The result showed that,the R.vinosa extract helps improve red protein and red blood cells,erythropoietin,such as main blood chemical indicators,prevent exercise-induced anemia have certain help for preliminary.
