略论无讼多民族社区的建设

摘　　要：各民族交往交流交融的推进使多民族社区成为现代社会的重要微观展示窗口。多民族社区建设在取得了瞩目成就的同时,也面临着矛盾冲突的高发可能性、建设力量弱和参与主体融入度低等困境。现代无讼思想具有法治底色、法律底线和人民性底气的特点,以之为启示有助于健全多民族社区矛盾纠纷解决多元机制,促进社区居民形成认同,实现“像石榴籽一样紧紧抱在一起”的有机团结,培育中华民族共同体意识。The more and more frequent communication between ethnic groups makes multi-ethnic community an important micro-display window of modern society.While the multi-ethnic community construction has made remarkable achievements,it is also faced with the dilemmas including high possibility of conflicts,low strength of construction and low degree of participation.Modern non-lawsuit thought has the characteristics of the ruling by law,solid legal system,and serving for the people,which is helpful to constructing multi-ethnic community.Improving a multiple dispute resolution mechanism in the community is beneficial to promoting identity,realizing organic solidarity like pomegranate seed,and cultivating Chinese nation community consciousness.
