摘　　要：由于民族文化的特性使然,民族文化在传承过程中不仅只是传播和继承,更重要的是如何弘扬和创新发展。彝族口传文化是彝族优秀传统文化的经典和精髓,与其他少数民族优秀传统文化一道共同组成了中华民族优秀传统文化。在传承优秀传统文化时要用辩证法的发展观,全面、客观地认识和精准把脉目前存在的短板,以便准确定位文化未来的发展走向及其与其他文化相融相通的包容性发展方向。National culture has the characteristics of nationality,uniqueness and diversity.In the process of inheritance,it is not only spread and inheritance,but also how to carry forward and innovate development.The oral culture of Yi nationality is the classic and essence of the excellent traditional culture of Yi nationality.Together with the excellent traditional culture of other ethnic minorities,it constitutes the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation.In the process of inheriting and carrying forward excellent traditional culture,we should not inherit it with"overall affirmation"or abandon it with"overall negation".We should use the development concept of dialectics,have a comprehensive and objective understanding,accurately check the existing shortcomings,accurately position the future development trend of culture,and integrate with other cultures for inclusive development.
