摘　　要：今年是打赢脱贫攻坚战的最后一年,也是全面建成小康社会的收官之年。文章针对当前乡村振兴战略背景下宁夏脱贫攻坚中出现的一些新情况、新问题,并就如何创新工作方法,优化政策举措,构建新的扶贫治理格局,建立更加协同高效的扶贫新机制,及如何实现后脱贫时代乡村振兴战略的转型发展,提出相应的对策建议。This year marks the last year to realize poverty alleviation,as well as to turn China into a moderately prosperous country in a well-rounded way.This paper analyzes new situations and problems emerged in the process of poverty alleviation in the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,and proposes corresponding measures and suggestions on how to innovate working approaches,optimize policies and measures,construct a new pattern for managing poverty alleviation,establish new mechanism for poverty alleviation that is more coordinated and efficient and how to realize the transformation and development of rural vitalization strategies after fulfilling poverty alleviation.
