外八步态人群足底压力分布特征

摘　　要：旨在探究外八步态群体与正常步态群体在行走时足底压力分布特征的异同.采用Footscan(R)平板式足底压力测试系统测量1500名18~20岁大学生裸足自然行走时的足底压力,并选取23名外八步态学生和23名正常步态学生对其峰值压强、压强时间积分、绝对接触面积和相对接触面积等参数进行分析.研究结果表明:与正常步态人群相比,外八步态足底的压力参数(峰值压强、压强时间积分、绝对接触面积、相对接触面积)在前掌区域增大,足弓和后跟区域减小,压力向前转移;前掌和后跟内侧相对接触面积增大,足弓处的相对触地面积减小,未表现出扁平足趋势;自然外八步态和模拟外八步态的足底压力分布确实存在差异,主要表现在足弓和后跟区域.The characteristics of plantar pressure distribution of toe-out subjects and normal subjects during walking were explored.Plantar pressures were measured for 1500 college students aged 18~20 years old during walking bare-foot in a natural speed using Footscan8 pressure plate.Twenty-three healthy toe-out adults and twenty-three healthy normal gait adults were screened in for further analysis.Parameters including peak pressure,pressure time integral,absolute contact area and relative contact area for cach plantar region were calculated for analysis.Results show that the pressure parameters of the toe-out gait are larger than those of the normal gait in forefoot,and are smaller in the midfoot and heel regions.Compared with the normal gait,the relative contact areas in forefoot and medial heel in-creased while in midfoot of the toe-out gait reduced,so the toe-out adults get a lower walking stability but without a flat potential.Furthermore,differences are found between natural toe-out gait and deliberate toe-out gait about plantar pressure in midfoot and heel.
