摘　　要：两性表面活性剂可随介质pH的变化而分别显阴离子性和阳离子性,因具有良好的乳化分散性、生物降解性、低毒性及与其他类型表面活性剂的相容性等特点而被广泛应用于各个领域.介绍了两性表面活性剂的分类,总结了不同类型两性表面活性剂的研究现状.探讨了两性表面活性剂在制革加脂过程中所起的作用,总结了有机无铬鞣皮革、毛皮配套两性加脂剂的研究进展.对两性表面活性剂在皮革工业中的应用前景进行了展望.Amphoteric surfactants can show anionic and cationic properties respectively with the change of medium pH,so they are widely used in various fields due to their good emulsification and dispersion,biodegradation,low toxici-ly and compatibility with other types of surfactants.The classification of armphoteric surfactants was introduced,and the research stalus of different types of amphoteric surfactants was summarized.The function of amphoteric surfactants ir leather fatliquoring was discussed,and the research progress of amphoteric fatliquors for organic chrome free leather and fur was summarized.The application prospect of amphoteric surfactants in leather industry was prospected.
