摘 要:以脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚为主要原料,复配少量其他类型表面活性剂,制备得到高效皮革脱脂剂PGEO.对比测试了PGEO与两款商用进口脱脂剂的表面张力、起泡性能、乳化能力等性能.将三者在相同条件下应用于猪皮和半蓝湿革的脱脂试验,同时对脱脂试验前后的半蓝湿革进行了扫描电镜表征.结果表明:经过PGEO脱脂后的蓝湿革内油脂去除明显,纤维松散,蓝湿革脱脂率为88.85%,猪皮中脱脂率为72.59%,达到或超过进口商业脱脂剂的综合性能.Highly efficient leather degreasing agent PGEO was prepared using fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether as main raw material,mixed with small amount of other kinds of surfactants.The properties such as surface tension,form-ing property and emulsification property,ete.of PGEO and two kinds of other commercially avai lable imported degrea-sing agents were fully characterized and compared.The three degreasing agents were used in the degreasing test of pig skin and sheep wet-blue leather under the same conditions.The sheep wet-blue leather before and after degreasing u-sing PGEO were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The SEM results confirm that the oil in the wet-blue leather is almost fully removed resulted in loosed skin fiber after degreasing test using PGEO,obtaining a de-fatted rate of 88.85%in the sheep wet-blue leather and 72.59%in pigskin.This results prove that the overall per-formance of PGEO have reached or surpassed the commercially available imported counterpart.
