摘　　要：I would like to start by thanking Minister Lavrov for convening this video conference of RIC Foreign Ministers,which is highly necessary under the current situation.I also wish Russia a most successful Victory Parade in Moscow tomorrow.COVID-19 has posed unprecedented threat to the life and health of people around the world,plunged the global economy into unprecedented recession,and presented unprecedented challenges to international stability.当前形势下举办中俄印三国外长视频会晤十分必要,感谢拉夫罗夫外长倡议举行此次会晤,也预祝6月24日莫斯科红场阅兵圆满成功。新冠肺炎疫情使各国人民生命健康面临前所未有威胁,全球经济陷入前所未有衰退,国际稳定经历前所未有挑战。
