摘 要:针对传统的机械车间加工路径柔性和调度性较差问题,基于遗传算法和粒子群算法构建了一种新的机械车间柔性多加工路径优化调度模型。首先,将客户满意的交货期、提高生产效率设定成优化目标;而后,经过编码、更新、适应度计算、分段扰动、约束和处理工序,采用粒子群算法实现了路径优化;在此基础上,综合粒子群算法和遗传算法建立了调度模型。仿真结果表明,该调度模型具有很强的支配能力,能够在短时间内找出最优路径。Aiming at the problem of traditional mechanical workshop’s poor flexibility and poor scheduling,a new mechanical workshop flexible multi-processing route optimization scheduling model is proposed based on genetic algorithm and particle swarm optimization.First of all,the delivery time of customer satisfaction and the improvement of production efficiency are set as optimization objectives;then,after coding,updating,fitness calculation,segmented disturbance,constraints and processing procedures,the path optimization is realized by using particle swarm optimization algorithm;on this basis,the scheduling model is established by integrating particle swarm optimization algorithm and genetic algorithm.The simulation results show that the scheduling model has strong dominance and can find the optimal path in a short time.
