摘 要:为研究不同水平棉秆饲粮对泌乳期绵羊血清生化指标的影响,试验采用单因素完全随机试验设计,将120只试验羊分为6组,每组20只。对照1组(CK1)饲粮中不含棉源饲料、对照2组(CK2)含棉籽粕不含棉秆。在CK2组基础上,试验组饲粮分别添加20%(A组)、30%(B组)、40%(C组)和50%(D组)棉秆。结果表明:(1)泌乳期第7、60天,母羊各血清生化指标CK1组与CK2组之间差异不显著(P>0.05),血清尿素氮含量随饲粮中棉秆水平增加而显著下降(P<0.05)。(2)泌乳期第7天,C、D组血清尿素氮含量分别比CK1组下降45.39%和38.43%(P<0.05),其他各组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。(3)泌乳期第60天,D组血清尿素氮含量比CK1组下降47.31%(P<0.05),其他各组之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。综上,在本试验条件下,以棉籽粕替代饲粮中豆粕,以及在棉籽粕型饲粮中添加一定比例棉秆,对泌乳期母羊血清生化指标无影响。当以棉籽粕和棉秆分别替代饲粮中豆粕、玉米秸的比例达到一定水平时,会降低血清尿素氮的水平。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of different levels of cotton stalks in diets on serum biochemical indexes of lactating sheep.A total of 120 sheep were randomly assigned to six groups with 20 sheep in each group by a single factor completely randomized design.The diet of control group 1(CK1)did not contain cotton source feed,and control group 2(CK2)contained cotton seed meal and without cotton stalk.On the basis of CK2,the trial groups diet were supplemented with 20%(group A),30%(group B),40%(group C)and 50%(group D)cotton stalks,respectively.The results showed as follows:(1)On the 7th and 60th day of lactation,there was no significant difference on serum biochemical indicators between groups CK1 and CK2(P>0.05),while the serum urea nitrogen content were decreased significantly with increasing cotton stalk levels of the diet(P<0.05).(2)On the 7th day of lactation,the serum urea nitrogen content of groups C and D were decreased by 45.39%and 38.43%compared with the group CK1,respectively(P<0.05).No significant effect on serum urea nitrogen content were found among the other groups(P>0.05).(3)On the 60th day of lactation,the serum urea nitrogen content of group D was decreased by 47.31%compared with the group CK1(P<0.05).No significant effect on serum urea nitrogen content were found among the other groups(P>0.05).Under this experimental condition,no significant difference occurred in serum biochemical indexes of sheep in lactation period when soybean meal replaced cotton meal from the diets or added different ratio cotton stalks to cotton meal-type diets.The level of serum urea nitrogen were reduced when the ratio of cotton meal and cotton stalk to replaced soybean meal and corn stalk respectively from the diet reached higher levels.
