摘  要:六苄基六氮杂异伍兹烷(HBIW)是合成含能材料六硝基六氮杂异伍兹烷(HNIW)的中间物,建立方便、准确的HBIW定量分析方法对HNIW合成相关基础及生产工艺研究具有重要意义。本研究采用高效液相色谱对六苄基六氮杂异伍兹烷(HBIW)进行了定量分析。色谱柱为Poroshell 120 EC-C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相异丙醇-乙腈(体积比为60:40),流速设为0.3 mL/min,紫外检测波长是241 nm,柱温为30℃。HBIW的质量浓度在20.0~800.0μg/mL范围内与色谱峰面积线性关系良好(R^2=0.999),重复试验后峰面积相对标准偏差为0.89%,样品稳定性和回收率也符合标准。此方法操作简单方便、定量准确。Hexabenzylhexaazaisowurtzitane(HBIW)is an intermediate for the synthesis of energetic materials hexanitrohexaazaisowurtzitane(HNIW).The establishment of a convenient and accurate quantitative analysis method is of great significance to the research of HNIW synthesis-related fundamental theory and process technology.This study used high performance liquid chromatography to quantitatively analyze hexabenzylhexaazaisowurtzitane(HBIW).The chromatographic column was Poroshell 120 EC-C18(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),and the mobile phase was isopropanol-acetonitrile mixture with the volume ratio of 60:40.The flow rate was set at 0.3 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 241 nm and the column temperature was kept at 30°C.The concentrations of HBIW in the range of 20.0-800.0μg/mL has a good linear relationship with the chromatographic peak area(R^2=0.9998).The relative standard deviation(RSD)of the HBIW peak area is 0.89%when the repeated tests were carried out,The stability and recovery of the samples also met the standards.This method described in this paper is simple,convenient and accurate.
