复方珍珠暗疮片联合光动力治疗中重度寻常性痤疮临床研究  

Clinical Study on Compound Zhenzhu Anchuang Tablets Combined with Photodynamic Therapy in Treatment of Moderate to Severe Acne Vulgaris

摘　　要：目的探讨复方珍珠暗疮片联合光动力治疗中重度寻常性痤疮的临床疗效及安全性。方法采用随机数字表法将60例中重度寻常性痤疮患者分为观察组和对照组各30例。2组均予盐酸米诺环素胶囊,每次1粒,每日2次,口服;光动力治疗,每周1次。观察组在此基础上予复方珍珠暗疮片,每次4片,每日3次,口服。2组均连续治疗1个月。观察2组临床疗效,比较2组面部痤疮特异性生活质量调查问卷(Acne-Qol)评分、治疗满意度,并监测不良反应。结果观察组总有效率为96.7%(29/30),对照组为53.3%(16/30),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与本组治疗前比较,2组治疗后Acne-Qol自我感知、社会功能、情感功能及病情自我评估评分明显降低(P<0.05)。2组治疗后比较,观察组Acne-Qol自我感知、社会功能、情感功能及病情自我评估评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗满意度评分为(6.89±1.58)分,对照组为(7.92±1.61)分,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组红斑、水疱、瘙痒、疼痛及鳞屑发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方珍珠暗疮片联合光动力治疗可显著改善中重度寻常性痤疮患者痤疮皮损,改善其生活质量,提高治疗满意度高,安全性较好。Objective To learn the efficacy and safety of compound Zhenzhu Anchuang Tablets combined with photodynamic therapy in the treatment of moderate to severe acne vulgaris.Methods Totally 60 patients with moderate to severe acne vulgaris were divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were given minocycline hydrochloride capsules,1 capsule,twice a day,orally;photodynamic therapy,once a week.Observation group was given compound Zhenzhu Anchuang Tablets on the basis of former treatment,4 tablets per time,three times a day,orally.Both groups were treated continuously for 1 month.Clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed.The scores of Acne-Qol and treatment satisfaction were compared.The adverse reactions of both groups were monitored.Results The total effective rate was 96.7%(29/30)in the observation group and 53.3%(16/30)in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the Acne-Qol score of self-perception,social function,emotional function and self-assessment score of the two groups were significantly reduced after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the Acne-Qol score of self-perception,social function,emotional function and disease self-assessment score of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction score of the observation group was(6.89±1.58)and the control group was(7.92±1.61).The observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the incidence of erythema,blisters,pruritus,pain,and scaly between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compound Zhenzhu Anchuang Tablets combined with photodynamic therapy can significantly improve acne skin lesions in patients with moderate to severe acne vulgaris and patients’quality of life,with high treatment satisfaction and safety.
