摘　　要：北京按摩医院名老中医王友仁擅用按动疗法治疗气滞血瘀型痛经,认为此型痛经是因肝失疏泄而导致的肝郁肾虚脾弱的虚实错杂之证,并提出了"疏肝理气为主,健脾益肾、调经止痛为辅"的治疗思路,根据"标本兼治,一症多法"的指导思想,形成了一套呼吸按动法结合点穴按动、腰椎微调的治疗方法,临床收效满意。本文通过阐述气滞血瘀型痛经的病因病机,结合典型病例,总结按动调经法的操作方法并分析手法作用原理,以飨同道。Wang Youren,a famous national TCM doctor in Beijing Massage Hospital,is good at using Andong Therapy to treat dysmenorrhea caused by qi stagnation and blood stasis.Wang believes that this type of dysmenorrhea is due to the liver loss of drainage and liver depression,kidney deficiency,and spleen weakness,and puts forward the treatment principle of“mainly relieving qi stagnation in liver,assisting with invigorating spleen and kidney,and regulating meridians and relieving pains”.According to the guidance idea of“treating the symptoms and roots at the same time,and treating one syndrome with multiple methods”,a set of respiratory massage method combined with acupoint massage and lumbar fine-tuning treatment was formed,with satisfactory clinical efficacy.By expounding the etiology and pathogenesis of dysmenorrhea caused by qi stagnation and blood stasis,combined with typical cases,this article summarized the operation method of Andong Tiaojing Therapy,and analyzed the principle of manipulation,in order to provide references for people engaged in the same pursuit.
