摘  要:在腰椎后关节紊乱症诊断方面,师瑞华主任医师注重病因辨析和骨错判断相结合,不仅提高了诊断准确性,而且为手法治疗提供可靠依据。病因辨析主要辨发病原因和过程,确定损伤来源;骨错判断主要辨别患椎上或下关节突错缝方向。在腰椎后关节紊乱症治疗方面,最具代表性的手法是师氏定位扳法。该法是通过被动旋转躯干或骨盆,达到旋动患椎目的的一种手法,可分为旋体动椎法和旋盆动椎法。其核心在于定点(固定端)和动点(发力端)选择,并主要根据病灶部位、骨错方向、发病原因和过程而定。In the diagnosis of lumbar posterior joint disorder syndrome,chief physician Shi Ruihua pays attention to the combination on analysis of the cause of disease and bone dislocation judgment,which not only improves the accuracy of diagnosis,but also provides a reliable basis for manipulation treatment.Analysis on the cause of disease is mainly to identify the cause and process of the disease to determine the source of the damage.Bone dislocation judgment is mainly to identify the staggered direction of the upper or lower articular process of the affected vertebrae.In the manipulation treatment of lumbar posterior joint disorder syndrome,the most representative manipulation is Shi’s Positioning Pulling Technique,which is a technique for rotating the affected vertebrae by passively rotating the torso or pelvis.It can be divided into rotating affected vertebrae’s technique by rotating pelvis and rotating affected vertebrae’s technique by rotating torso.Its key lies in the choice of fixed point and power initiating point,which mainly depends on the location of the lesion,the direction of bone dislocation as well as the cause and the process of disease.
